the
effect
of
renewable
energy
research
&
development
(RRD)
and
nuclear
(NRD)
expenditures
on
environmental
quality
by
considering
Germany's
goal

carbon
neutrality
until
2045.

Abstract
In
the
contemporary
era,
tackling
climate
change‐related
problems
has
become
a
vital
environmental
policy
agenda,
especially
for
realizing
targets
related
to
SDG‐13.
Therefore,
this
study
aims
check
efficacy
of
scaling
public
investments
in
research
and
development
renewable
energy
countering
causes
effects
change
leading
energy‐investing
countries.
Overall,
findings
verify
change‐inhibiting
impact
such
investments.
By
contrast,
consumption
natural
resources
urbanization
are
identified
as
factors
responsible
piling
up
concerns
long
run
while
no
net
exports,
regard,
is
evidenced.
Moreover,
long‐run
results
affirm
that
