Carbon emission is one of the major problems during energy consumption. Many countries are trying to reduce it with a focus on carbon neutrality. Bridging this gap, we considered consumption in monopoly market. In research, CO2 emissions problem has been solved considering trilogy neutrality decisions. A mathematical model was developed based After that, incorporated into simulation model. The design experimental method performed achieve optimal decision for carbon-neutral trilogy. We found that Green innovation fund carbon-based (GIFCBER), tax (TECBER), and Emission cap (ECBER) useful move towards goal ECBER allows manufacturer produce more as compared GIFCBER TECBER. But, TECBER strategy will enable manufacturers fewer goods than strategy. This research contributes reference inspiration It helps government's policymakers find levels decisions factors decrease emissions. Moreover, maximize profit create clean environment.
