Previously conducted studies have established that as a disaster-bearing body, coal mine is vulnerable to flood disasters and their consequent impacts. The purpose of this study put forward quantitative evaluation method the risk disaster. Based on scientific theory disaster risk, assessment model index system for was constructed, proposed based projection pursuit fuzzy cluster analysis. results show mainly determined by hazard disaster-causing factors, stability disaster-prone environment, vulnerability bodies. Further research shows maximum daily rainfall had greatest impact Therefore, early warning mechanism should be between meteorological department improve fortification level. Floods inflict devastating impacts worldwide. The frequency and severity of floods have notably increased as a result climate change. Pakistan, in particular, has experienced two the most catastrophic flooding events recent years: 2010 super 2022 monsoon floods, affecting millions people. tangible these are still not fully understood. However, no study been found that comprehensively explains current state knowledge, major research areas, themes within context flood studies Pakistan. To address this gap, uses bibliometric thematic analysis to conduct state-of-the-art systematic literature review on Pakistan's floods. dataset comprises 601 articles obtained from Scopus database. reveals an upward trend publications flood-related topics, primarily scope environmental, earth planetary, social sciences. These involve contributions 160 authors different institutions 57 countries across globe. identifies several including gender, capital, livelihood, food security, risk perception, vulnerability assessment, socioeconomic impacts, application GIS Remote Sensing. also presents indicators quantitative methods assess vulnerability. recommends future examine institutional challenges associated with reduction. Additionally, integrating change adaptation reduction can lead developing policies frameworks promote flood-resilient communities.

Understanding farmers’ perceptions, attitudes, and adaptation strategies toward climate change is important for developing effective policies that support agricultural development food security in rural communities. This study aimed to understand climatic trends over the past two decades (2003–2022), regarding Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan. The Mann–Kendall trend test identified a significant decrease average minimum temperature (τ = −0.357, p < 0.05) an increase rainfall patterns 0.337, 0.05). A mixed-method approach employed, utilizing survey of 180 randomly selected farmers, focus group discussions, data analysis. Ordinal binary logistic regression models were used analyze influence sociodemographic factors on perceptions their choice strategies. results indicate farmers primarily rely religious beliefs/prayers (65.6%) cope with change, followed by seeking off-farm jobs (50%) changing fertilizer use (42.2%). result indicates among different demographic characteristics, education, land size significantly decisions taking measures against change. emphasizes need integrate farmer knowledge meteorological analysis ensure sustainable sector Further research necessary explore more methods.

Evaluating and predicting the occurrence spatial remarks of climate rainfall-related destructive hazards is a big challenge. Periodically, Sinai Peninsula suffering from natural risks that enthuse researchers to provide area more attention scientific investigation. Extracted information morpho-metric indices aids in understanding flood potentiality over various sizes drainage catchments. In this work, analysis has been used order model relative signals vulnerability 16 catchments northern Sinai. The geospatial technique applied process digital elevation models (DEMs) produce different maps. Basic geometries, addition several indices, were extracted analyzed by investigating models. Three effective methods separately build up three susceptibility behaviors. Finally, two defined: integration method accurate pixel level conditions integrated indicates western half study landscape, including (12, 13, 14), presents high levels catchment 9 eastern half, whereas other found moderate levels. final map overlaid one most topographic (topographic position index, TPI). results aided link general morphometry situ topography for mapping locations entire landscape. Therefore, can be surface-specific reduction strategy against impacts proposed

Purpose This study aims to develop a customer-centric model based on an online customer experience (OCE) construct relating e-loyalty, e-trust and e-satisfaction, resulting in improved Net Promoter Score for Indian digital banks. Design/methodology/approach used survey method gather data from sample of 485 banking users, which usable questionnaires were obtained. The obtained subjected thorough analysis using partial least squares structural equation modelling further investigate the research hypotheses. Findings main factors determining banks’ OCE perceived centrality, value usability. Additionally, relevant constructs evaluated importance-performance map analysis. Research limitations/implications convenience sampling urban population services; therefore, outcome may be generalized limited extent. To strengthen banking, it would valuable imitate studies other countries. Originality/value There is lack India; thus, this will help rectify issue while providing insights. differs others that examines connections between satisfaction, loyalty, trust bottom line financial institutions these as dependent variables instead traditional measures.
