Background: Diabetic foot is a chronic complication that can be detrimental and has an impact on the quality of life diabetic patients. Neurosensory examination skin temperature using thermograph help prevent foot. Objective: to identify neurosensory infrared thermographs in addressing risk Design: The design this study Scoping review Methods: A journal search was conducted keywords "infrared thermography, screening or assessment, foot, meta-analysis" collect relevant articles published last ten years from four databases (ProQuest, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar). inclusion criteria were: nurses, patients, full-text articles, studies focusing nursing issues, written English. Four were selected analyzed PICO. Results: meta-analysis sensitivity have p value < 0.05, which support clinical for monitoring prevention. Conclusion: Examination sensation used as method assessment care structural integrity problems physiological changes

Blocking of hydrological connectivity could greatly impact the sediment deposition process and change water salinity conditions, which in turn affect plant germination, growth, development delta wetlands. A 2-year experiment, included effects soil burial, water, on production, was conducted to examine function blocking Suaeda salsa , a halophyte species. The results demonstrated that all had significant seed production ( p < 0.05). Seed germination decreased as buried depth increased (< 4 cm), seeds did not germinate successfully when > cm. highest at 0 cm burial. However, moderate burial beneficial for seedling emergence; therefore, survival rate lowest were distributed surface (0 cm). Water both significantly affected productivity S. . Moderate (10–20 g/kg) fluctuating (0–10 depth) suitable growth. Low 10 g/kg), High (>20 drought, high levels (long-term flooding with cm) conducive growth biomass yield also reduced. As halophyte, is too low or unsuitable population. population In particular, can offset hazards salt concentrations. influence yield, vitality. this case, may have died out from coastal wetland due lack restoration.

Abstract Freshwater mussels are one of the most diverse and endangered faunas worldwide. Owing to continuing global biodiversity loss, it is essential identify protect populations that not severely affected by human disturbances ensure natural genetic diversity inevitably lost. The generation baseline data will help guide species conservation restoration plans in Yangtze River Basin where freshwater facing multiple threats strong declines have been observed. was assessed using 818 mtDNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (COI), 565 28S rRNA 509 COI + datasets, refuge areas floodplain were predicted a Maxent habitat suitability model. results showed Aculamprotula spp., Sinosolenaia carinata , Cuneopsis rufescens Lamprotula cornuumlunae Lanceolaria lanceolata Ptychorhynchus pfisteri Schistodesmus spp. Sinohyriopsis cumingii lower than other mussels, which indicated status these should be prioritized. modelling Poyang Lake Dongting basins (lakes tributary rivers connected mainstem) present suitable habitats for indicating lateral hydrological connectivity may important factor maintaining Chinese mussels. Consequently, established as protected areas. This study provides valuable information management mussel basin, only conserve this vulnerable group but also provide wider benefits ecosystems.
