Anhui Province plays a significant ecological role and acts as "ecological barrier" in the Yangtze River Delta integration project. In order to study numerous aspects impacting balance between economy environment, this article uses research object analyzes each ecosystem from three dimensions: service value, footprint, carrying capacity. Safeguarding ecological security is one of China's important development strategies. Identifying patterns (ESPs) an effective way to collaboratively develop and environmental in different regions. Currently, studies on the construction regional ESPs mainly focus innovation ecosystem service functions, ignoring differences sensitivities environments a large scale. In this paper, taking Yellow River Basin (YRB) as example, six functions were selected identify sources (ESs), sensitivity weights set according environment characteristics regions, resistance surfaces (ERSs) determined. And YRB further investigated based Minimum Cumulative Resistance (MCR) model circuit theory. The research findings indicate:(1) We had identified 218 ESs YRB, covering area 387,165 km2, which was 19.36 % entire study highly concentrated upstream areas. There 532 corridors (ECs) with total length 39,015.95 km, less distribution lower reaches YRB. 201 pinch points (EPPs) forests grasslands. Urbanization is a key factor that threatens the stability of ecosystem services (ESs), which are crucial for maintaining ecological security and enhancing human quality life. Gaining insight into spatiotemporal differentiation service value (ESV) its coupling relationship with urbanization issue in promoting sustainable regional development. We employed various algorithms, including improved equivalence method, random forest model, mixed geographically temporally weighted regression coordination degree (CCD) to reveal evolution ESV driving mechanisms Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration (LXUA) from 1980 2020. In addition, we explored between combined index (CUI). The results showed following: (1) From 2020, interannual variation first decreased then increased, an increase 230 million yuan/annum 2020 compared 1980. Spatially, exhibits distribution pattern high south low north, west east. (2) Land use intensity (LUI) elevation contributed values exceeding 20% were most important drivers ESV. (3) average CCD CUI transitioned being severely unbalanced (0.19) slightly balanced (0.42). There was negative spatial correlation CUI, each cluster type distributed discretely space. Our study emphasizes areas characterized by robust integrity ESV, LUI constitutes main reason decline findings this can provide scientific basis coordinated development ESVs LXUA other cities.
