In this study, the fuel consumption characteristic of a Quran incineration system was conducted. The experiment examines relation between usage and loads as well how blower affects utilization. result proved that unit shortens combustion time uses less fuel. Nevertheless, electrical source to power will increase operating costs, especially during full loading operation. Therefore, study provide insight in determining balance duration over operational costing such system.

This paper utilizes the waste bunker of a incineration plant as analysis model. It analyzes airflow characteristics under various unloading door opening states and air flow velocity through CFD simulation. The simulation results show that when one is opened, it recommended to adjust amplitude or set an outlet optimize distribution. If two doors are advised prioritize middle (M4, M5) rightmost (M7, M8). Furthermore, exhaust port located relatively far from should be closed reduce turbulence airflow. When all at needs increased achieve efficient effect prevent negative pressure problems low speed. offer theoretical support for odor control technologies provide valuable design recommendations outlets in municipal plants. Additionally, this study proposes optimization strategies effective solutions addressing pollutant diffusion facilities.
