Styrene-butadiene (SBR) and acrylonitrile-butadiene (NBR) rubber blends with tetramethyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD) monosulfide (TMTS) accelerators environmentally friendly plasticizers, obtained from PET recycling biobased resources (LA/PG/PET/EG/LA), were prepared. The mechanical properties of the products tested compared those commercial dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP). TMTS was prepared by simple efficient one-pot synthesis dimethylamine, carbon disulfide, potassium cyanide, ammonium chloride as catalysts in recycled isopropanol/water azeotrope solvent. In a comparative study, methoxide, ethoxide, iodide, amide ions also used. two-step reaction mechanism involves oxidation amine salt dimethyldithiocarbamic acid to TMTD hydrogen peroxide sulfur elimination bond. Potassium cyanide appears be most nucleophile. simplicity operation, mild conditions, solvent recycling, high yields, applicability industrial level are advantages this process. Shore hardness, tensile strength, compression test results vulcanized before after aging showed similar for both accelerators, while somewhat better LA/PG/PET/EG/LA plasticizer.

The removal of the As(V) and Iprodione fungicide onto EGS@APTES-GT, obtained by amino-modified expanded glass spheres (EGS) modified with goethite, was studied in this work. Material characterization performed using SEM/EDS, XRD, FTIR techniques. adsorption capacities 51.01 94.28 mg g−1, for at 25 °C, respectively, were achieved. A kinetic study indicated lower intraparticle diffusional transport resistance. Physisorption is dominant mechanism removal, while surface complexation As(V). disposal effluent water after five adsorption–desorption cycles attained through photocatalytic degradation arsenate precipitation. Exhausted processed goethite acidic dissolution grinding, used as a reinforcing filler composites production based on commercial unsaturated polyester resin (UPe). An improvement mechanical properties observed, gradual increase tensile strength, reaching maximum 25.9% UPe 10 wt.% ground exhausted adsorbent compared to pure UPe. overarching concept defined aspiration develop technologies that address all output flows advanced processes. Thus, combination wastewater treatment potentially marketable successfully achieved both low environmental impact implementation circular economy.
