research
object

this
project

domesticate

sludge
anaerobic
system
winery
with
high
concentration
organic
biomass
(such
as
waste
carotene)
carbon
source
through
Information
Bio-Booster
system,
and
study
internal
mechanism
improving
efficiency
stability
on-site
digestion.
Results
showed
that
highest
methane
production
(763.03
ml/g-volatile
solids)
from
inoculated
domesticated
(I)
was
achieved
at
an
I/S
(co-substrate)
ratio
3,
increase
about
50%
compared
other
ratios
studied.
Further
analysis
by
macro-genomic
macro-proteomic
sequencing
revealed
key
enzyme
activities
were
enhanced;
major
metabolic
pathways
up-regulated;
hydrolysing
methanogenic
bacteria
enriched.
These
results
suggest
improved
for
rapid
utilization
matter
methanogenesis.

Pharmaceutical
