Based
on
the
Office
for
National
Statistics’
delineation
of
scope
digital
economy
industry,
this
paper
selects
indicators
from
five
industrial
dimensions:
product
manufacturing,
service,
technology
application,
factor
drive
and
efficiency
improvement,
constructs
an
evaluation
system
to
measure
development
level
China’s
at
provincial
level.
It
is
found
that
there
a
wide
gap
in
economy,
with
eastern
coastal
provinces
cities
having
high
development.
The
coupling
coordination
model
was
then
applied
examine
interrelationships
between
dimensions
it
most
relationships
are
stage
medium-high
low
coordination,
each
province
city
has
different
characteristics.
numerical

intuitive
understanding
