Groundwater conditions are crucial for understanding the evolution of soil salinization. The installation subsurface pipes significantly alters both distribution water and salt in groundwater depth; these dynamics their interrelationships warrant further investigation. Cadmium (Cd) contamination in agricultural soils is one of the major threats to food safety and environmental health. In a phytoremediation program for extraction Cd by plants, critical challenge management harvested biomass because its highly contaminant content. This study investigates use endophytic bacteria assist removal from sunflower stalks, aiming make safer reuse as fertilizer. Sixteen endophyte strains were isolated plants grown Cd-contaminated soils, out which two strains, J14 J15, namely Enterobacter roggenkampii Kosakonia cowanii, respectively, showed most potential removal. Under optimized conditions, 42.03% 37.99% efficiency could be achieved respectively. More than 50% some specific forms (F2, F4, F5) stalks can reduced during extraction. Importantly, treatment with endophytes lowered contaminated without significant reductions plant nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium), thus rendering it safe offers novel perspective on phytoremediation, suggesting new environmentally friendly approach recycling polluted material towards more economic practices.

Understanding the spatial distribution of crop roots is crucial for effectively managing water and fertilizer.
