Abstract
Produced
water
(PW)
from
oil
and
gas
exploration
adversely
affects
aquatic
life
living
organisms,
necessitating
treatment
before
discharge
to
meet
effluent
permissible
limits.
This
study
first
used
activated
sludge
pretreat
PW
in
a
sequential
batch
reactor
(SBR).

pretreated
then

photobioreactor
(PBR)
containing
Scenedesmus
obliquus
microalgae
culture.

The
rice–fish
co-culture
is
an
important
model
of
carp
farming
in
China;
however,
research
on
the
dynamics
and
assembly
water
bacterial
communities
this
system
remains
limited.
Therefore,

explore
communities,

Desalination
concentrate
(DC)
is
a
residue
from
desalination
plants
in
semiarid
regions,
and
it
promising
for
microalgae
cultures.
Its
effects
have
been
evaluated
