In the midst of contemporary global challenges, including repercussions pandemic, geopolitical conflicts, and transitional shifts, a notable surge in attention toward income inequality has materialized, garnering significant focus from both national international entities. The urgency surrounding this issue is amplified by imperative need for economic sustainability, recognizing poverty inequalities as fundamental security threats. Particularly within Europe, persistent disparities living standards, evident across countries, serve potent indicators enduring inequality. These concerns underscore potential barriers to European Union’s pursuit convergence cohesion, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which prioritize addressing (SDG 1) reducing 10) sustainable development. This study aims scrutinize dynamics inequality, concentrating on post-communist countries Central Eastern Europe (CEE). Employing panel data analysis, research identifies tests variables influencing region, specifically emphasizing labor market structures, globalization, development, governance mechanisms, hold particular relevance region’s context. primary findings impact enhancing these sectors mitigating specified region. insights provide foundation informed policy-making, presenting opportunities address mitigate effectively. They pave way fostering pathways greater equality equitable socio-economic development nations, ensuring more inclusive future.

This comprehensive study investigates the intricate relationships among three pivotal components: green finance, corruption control, and ecological footprint, with primary objective of revealing synergies shaping sustainable development. The research examines how environmentally aligned financial practices, effective anti-corruption measures, responsible resource management collectively influence footprint within top 10 developed economies, offering insights into strategies for fostering growth. Ecological (EFT) data was obtained from Global Footprint Network, while finance (GFIN) sourced Asian Development Bank. panel used in spanned 18 years 2000 to 2018 selected countries. To address issues endogeneity unobserved heterogeneity, system generalized method moments (GMM) employed hypothesis testing. By employing advanced modeling techniques, particularly moments, verifies positive impact reducing carbon emissions, providing actionable policymakers practitioners OECD. Formulating two hypotheses, it assesses relationship between considering control variables, negative GFIN emissions (CO2). Furthermore, underscores significance such as corruption, population, GDP, trade openness, influencing footprints emissions. These findings contribute invaluable stakeholders, guiding path toward practices a greener future nations.

Urbanisation is seen as a driving force for industrialisation, economic growth and increased prosperity, it has also brought environmental problems such high resource energy consumption. The aim of the study in this context, examines relationship between urbanisation, renewable consumption, quality. In line with purpose was analysed using data from 1969-2022. ADF, PP, Lee Strazicich unit root tests, Fractional Fourier Bootstrap ARDL test are applied to analyse data. According study's findings, efficiency positive effect on load capacity factor, while industrialisation have negative factor.
