IntroductionC henopodium quinoa (Willd.) is cultivated mainly for its edible grains, considered as one of the crops that may be able to maintain food security in this century due remarkable nutritional qualities, such a high protein content, fiber, lipids, free gluten, having considerable amount fatty-acids, Abstract | Elevating salinity level has become worldwide threat agricultural lands.High concentration salts hampers growth plants and yield biomass by impacting major physiological mechanisms i.e., ionic, oxidative osmotic stress.One possible climate resilient strategy introduce new can bear allow irrigation with saline water.Quinoa great potential grow under conditions outstanding nutritious value.Pot based complete block design was conducted COMSATS University Abbottabad, Pakistan during winter season.Five lines (L30, L81, L11, L9, L24) were grown sandy loam soil containing 15 dS m -1 30dS NaCl salt treatments.The results revealed better noticed line L30 L24 30 dSm Salt treatments compared other three lines.Whereas, minimum plant genotype L9 L81 treatments.Highest leaf area, chlorophyll contents, contents noted all condition lines.High levels potassium, calcium magnesium lowest sodium aided resisting stress cause increased both non-saline soil.The present trial recognised maximum salt-tolerant severe stress, it might applied improve quinoa's tolerance later breeding phase.
