Abstract As a pivotal catalyst for sustainable development, the evolution and integration of AI are propelling both companies society toward more efficient trajectory. Utilizing multi‐period difference‐in‐difference (DID) model, study assesses impact 2019 China Artificial Intelligence Pilot (AIP) policy on corporate environmental, social, governance (ESG). The study's findings following: (1) Optimizing through artificial intelligence (AI), AIP has significantly bolstered ESG performance in pilot areas. (2) Mechanistic analysis demonstrates that elevates by bolstering efficiency supply chains. (3) Heterogeneity testing shows exerts pronounced effect non‐state‐owned companies, with high energy consumption, those new sector. This manuscript furnishes empirical insights evaluating implications development initiatives.

Background: The appropriate choice of footwear is crucial for foot health, yet its impact on different populations and medical conditions remains understudied. This review explores the effect shoe fit prevention podiatric disorders overall well-being. Methods: research included major academic databases such as MEDLINE, Cochrane Central, Scopus, PEDro, using specific keywords. A scoping was conducted following Joanna Briggs Institute methodology, encompassing studies across diverse conditions. Medical grey literature were also included. Results: Five included, covering topics advice women over 50, shoes in preventing calluses under metatarsals, effectiveness a shoe-related intervention gout patients, custom-fitted physical activity children with Down syndrome. Results showed that well-fitting can prevent callus formation, but efficacy increasing requires further research. In recent years, China's economic development is dominated by an eco-friendly and low-carbon transition, making the advancement of construction sector urgent. Local governments play a crucial role in this process. This paper, utilizing provincial panel data from 2007 to 2021, empirically analyzes impact government environmental governance (EG) on carbon intensity industry (CCEI) through regression, spatial econometric dynamic threshold models. The findings indicate that (1) EG has significant inverted U-shaped effect CCEI, with initial increases followed reductions once surpasses certain level. (2) Significant spillover effects reveal increased one region exerts similar both local neighboring CCEI. (3) Under fiscal decentralization framework, two dimensions—vertical horizontal competition—serve as forms decentralization, each effects: EG's influence CCEI turns negative under high vertical positive intense competition. These results could offer insights emission reduction experiences energy-intensive sector, serving valuable reference for decision-makers worldwide.
