Abstract Energy poverty is a prevalent subject in Pakistan, and reducing it will accelerate the pace towards reaching targets of sustainable development goal 7 carbon neutrality. Workers' remittances have proved to be major income source not clear how they can channeled improve energy access consumption eradicate poverty. Therefore, this study designed investigate impact considering both weak (energy consumption) strong (Multi‐Dimensional Poverty Index [MDEPI]) forms Data from 1990 2020 were gathered analyzed using dynamic‐ARDL simulations understand empirical outcomes. The outcomes show that effectively reduce MDEPI with −0.056 coefficient. results reveal through channel (−1.569); however, relationship ineffective Pakistan. In case form poverty, supported idea individually investment channels alleviate policies should promoted legally initiatives, which build vacuum for solutions eradication

Abstract Malaysia’s commitment towards sustainable environment requires implementing clean energy sources and less raw materials usage, which could have a significant impact on the nation’s biocapacity ecological footprint. As result, this study examined environmental of resource efficiency, biomass energy, economic growth in Malaysia, within load capacity curve hypothesis framework, while controlling globalization, financial globalization trade globalization. This research utilizes ARDL estimator bootstrapped time-varying causality (TVC) approach to analyse dataset from 1970 2018. The findings reveals that efficiency increase factor (LF), reduces LF Malaysia. Furthermore, result uncovered validity hypothesis, highlighting persistent activities will help achieving quality TVC feedback causal association between its predictors These results emphasize need for an effective circular economy, involves maximizing use, reducing waste, incorporating into framework.

Forest fires pose a significant ecological threat, particularly in the Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, where climatic factors combined with human activities have resulted severe fire incidents. The present study sought to investigate correlation between incidence of forest and critical meteorological elements, including temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind speed, over period 25 years, from 1998 2023. We analyzed 169 recorded events, collectively burning approximately 109,400 hectares land. Employing sophisticated machine learning algorithms, Random (RF), Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM) revealed that temperature relative humidity during season, which spans May through July, are key influencing activity. Conversely, speed was found negligible impact. RF model demonstrated superior predictive accuracy compared GBM model, achieving an RMSE 5803.69 accounting for 49.47% variance burned area. This presents novel methodology risk modeling under climate change scenarios region, offering insights into management strategies. Our results underscore necessity real-time early warning systems adaptive strategies mitigate frequency intensity escalating driven by change.
