In heavily urbanised coastal areas, such as port basins, long-term monitoring of key parameters can provide deep insights into local physical and ecological processes, supporting sustainable planning enhancing effective environmental management strategies. This study introduces a novel, user-friendly framework for analysing multi-year time series data at monitored sites, to assess variations arising from human or natural changes. It explores how drivers influence biological conditions across various temporal spatial scales. approach makes vital tool control. While the proposed processing techniques have been discussed in previous literature, their integration unified is what differentiates present work prior studies. The framework's applicability demonstrated Bari Port area Southern Italy, where stations place since 2019 due dredging operations. Despite its specific application, adaptable any with meteo-oceanographic providing high-quality data. Key findings indicate that primarily reduced turbulent mixing containment measures, affecting distribution transport turbidity oxygen. Additionally, our analysis shows evaluating tracers' diffusivity requires consideration turbulence, waves, tides.
