Abstract Residential carbon emissions have emerged as a primary driver of future in China. Investigating the influential factors affecting demand‐side and elucidating pathways for regional reduction consumption can provide scientific basis peak carbon‐neutral action plans. This study incorporated development digital technology into STIRPAT model. The technical components model were expanded upon to better understand influencing household sector emission effects these various factors. results indicated that: (i) per capita residential China exhibit slow fluctuating rise followed by accelerated growth, with sequence being highest eastern region, northeastern western finally central region; (ii) population size, shared prosperity, urbanization development, digitalization collectively influence different regions, size structure playing most significant promoting inhibiting roles, respectively; (iii) societal scenarios low‐carbon demonstrate advantage achieving timely realization China's overall plan. This study investigated the sulfate resistance of modified recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) by applying carbonation and nano-silica soaking methodologies. Recycled aggregates (RCA) derived from concretes C30 C60 strength grades were subjected to these modification techniques subsequently utilized in fabrication RAC specimens. The results show notable porosity crack density within interfacial transition zone (ITZ) interfacing cement paste (RAC). Specifically, ITZ is observed be up 30% higher than that virgin concrete. These pathways facilitate penetration ions, inducing deterioration resulting a compression reduction 40%. Existing research predominantly delves into the environmental governance performance of digital economy, ignoring latent values data factors. Public Data Open Platforms (PDOPs) have released vast amounts public data, fostering high-level applications across multiple industries and domains. By employing panel from 281 cities in China spanning 2006–2021, we empirically verify impact PDOPs on city-level carbon reduction, supported by various robustness tests, including PSM-DID placebo tests. Moreover, emphasize that promoting green technology innovation optimizing resource allocation efficiency are pivotal pathways through which can enhance their reduction effects. Heterogeneity analysis reveals with more advanced infrastructure higher market integration experience a pronounced PDOPs. Additionally, resource-abundant benefit PDOPs’ effects than resource-scarce ones.

In China, whilst various policies have been implemented to mitigate carbon emissions in different periods, a lack of appropriate research and narrow perspective manifested as the principal problems past studies. this study, China’s emission were analyzed using dual-dimensional content analysis, key characteristics are identified, solutions proposed address existing challenges. Content analysis was used for estimating policy objectives; result, findings study indicate that regulations can be divided into three distinct phases: budding stage (2007–2013), initial development period (2014–2018), rapid (2019–present). During regulatory evolution, significant concentration authority observed within specific sectors, particularly National Energy Administration Development Reform Commission; meanwhile, level cross-sectoral collaboration has remained insufficient. The primary instruments consist notifications advisory opinions, with noticeable enforceable, high-level legislation, highlighting need greater attention. Furthermore, approach reduction predominantly relies on mandatory command-and-control tools, objectives focusing quantitative control management, sectoral regulations, adjustments energy structure.
