To balance economic development with environmental sustainability and address the challenges posed by new wave of technological innovation, China has focused on leveraging synergistic effects technology finance. This approach aims to promote urban green innovation (UGTI), which is critical in achieving innovation-driven, high-quality development. study draws two phases China’s “Promoting Integration Technology Finance Pilot” policy, implemented 2011 2016. It utilizes data from 283 cities 2007 2021 employs a multiple-period difference-in-differences (DID) model examine effect, mechanisms, heterogeneity science (sci-tech) finance policies UGTI. The results indicate that (1) sci-tech significantly foster (2) mechanism analysis reveals stimulate UGTI enhancing agglomeration scientific talent factor allocation. (3) shows have considerably greater effect eastern non-resource-based than western resource-based cities. Furthermore, strengthening intellectual property protection, advancing digitalization, implementing suitable financial regulations amplify policies.

Cross-region and cross-industry cooperation has become a key driver of industrial transformation. Advanced manufacturing is boosting the modern service industry fostering innovation development, while promoting advanced stimulating market demand. The convergence services (CAMMS) environmental in China’s economy. This study explores impact CAMMS on green efficiency its spatial correlations. Employing two-way fixed-effect model, along with mediating-effect model Durbin (SDM), we analyze Chinese provincial panel data from 2006 to 2021 explore effects spillover effects. Our findings reveal following: (1) significantly enhances efficiency. (2) Optimizing structure improving factor allocation are primary mechanisms through which promotes (3) mechanism positively influences efficiency, these becoming more pronounced eastern region after 2011. With the severity of global climate change becoming increasingly evident, shift to renewable energy has become key achieving sustainable development. Using data from prefecture level in China, we construct a comprehensive FinTech index institutional and individual levels using entropy method, aiming capture multi-dimensional value comprehensively.
