Abstract Recent circular economy (CE) literature has examined the opportunities and limitations of business case logics, yet this area remains under‐theorized. This article contributes to emerging debate by drawing on stakeholder for sustainability from corporate literature, emphasizing role collaboration in addressing challenges. By adopting ordonomic approach ethics, we (re‐)conceptualize CE, focusing dynamic interplay between profit motives collaboration. makes three key contributions.
