The synergistic convergence of digital and green finance (DGF) serves as a critical role for advancing ecological modernization in urban systems carbon reduction performance (PCRP). Based on the symbiotic co-evolution (DF) (GF), this study explored developmental evolutionary patterns, spatial effects, influence mechanisms DGF PCRP Chinese cities. findings include following: (1) Between 2011 2022, levels both increased were generally higher eastern coastal cities than less developed western (2) temporal associations showed positive intensifying relationship during period, with most showing correlation. Labor force mobility plays a crucial role in achieving balanced regional development China. This study investigates whether urban internet can effectively attract labor inflow using data from the China Labor-force Dynamic Survey (CLDS) and constructing comprehensive index through factor analysis. Employing conditional logit model addressing potential endogeneity instrumental variables, we find that (1) significantly attracts inflow, with one-unit increase raising log odds of individual city choice by 0.2, this effect remains robust across multiple specifications estimation methods; (2) attraction shows significant heterogeneity—it is stronger among highly educated, younger, foreign language proficient, unmarried individuals, more pronounced regions lower housing costs, income levels, inland locations. These findings suggest less-developed cities should prioritize infrastructure to accumulate high-quality resources achieve economic development, while also enhancing support for bottom-tier workers public-benefit online platforms.

In the context of current global challenges, integration digitalization, financial performance, and renewable energy is pivotal in fostering sustainable resilient economic development. The aim this paper to explore interplay between banking consumption European Union (EU), with a focus on This study examines extent which digitalization efficiency sector influence uptake considering EU’s environmental priorities. methodology used involves an econometric analysis based statistical data from EU countries, using Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) assess causal relationships variables, complemented by Vector Autoregression (VAR) models Granger causality tests further investigate dynamic interactions among variables. were analyzed examine correlation levels. results reveal positive greater sector, stronger higher investments sources. These factors also support transition green economy, but effect varies countries depending national policies existing digital infrastructure. Recommendations for policymakers include stimulating creating regulatory framework encourage investments, strengthening collaboration institutions facilitate renewables. suggests fiscal policy conducive technological innovation accelerate energy.

Achieving the goals of carbon peak and neutrality is crucial for balance global economic development with emissions reduction ecological environment protection, which are essential sustainability human development. Digital inclusive finance (DIF), as an emerging force capable promoting growth technological innovation, plays a significant role in curbing emissions. By using panel data 30 provinces China from 2011 to 2021 employing vector autoregression (PVAR) model, this study empirically investigates impact DIF on total (TCE) emission intensity (CEI) perspective innovation. The results show that significantly reduces TCE CEI can further decrease by level impulse response function (IRF) reveal innovation has more volatile compared its effect TCE. Moreover, heterogeneity analysis suggests characterized regional heterogeneity, central regions being most pronounced, influenced spillover effects eastern regions. Further research finds western exhibit levels regions, discernible trend towards convergence inter-provincial disparities process
