Abstract: Cancer is still an insurmountable problem for humans and critically attacking human health. In recent years, natural products have gained increasing attention in the field of anti-tumor due to their extensive sources minimal side effects. The decoction of Astragalus membranaceus (Huangqi) and Rhizoma curcumae (Ezhu) has been reported as a potential antitumor agent for colorectal cancer (CRC) in experimental clinical studies, but its underlying mechanism is still unclear.The current research aims to explore the (AR decoction) treatment CRC mechanism.
