The inflammatory response consists of two stages: priming and triggering. triggering stage is marked by the activation inflammasomes, which are cytosolic protein complexes acting as platforms for inflammation. Inflammasomes divided into canonical noncanonical categories. Inflammatory lung diseases such asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), injury, fibrosis arise from inflammation damage. While role inflammasomes in these well demonstrated, recent findings emphasize critical roles regulating various conditions. Particularly, new studies highlight their involvement diseases. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is a major global health concern, with an estimated 50% of the world's population infected. The bacterium colonizes stomach and associated range gastrointestinal diseases, including chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, gastric cancer. current standard care for H. involves combination antibiotics proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), but widespread use has led to development antibiotic-resistant strains pylori, making treatment more difficult. Recent advances in diagnostic strategies include non-invasive tests serological biomarkers. While PPIs remains primary approach, there growing interest alternative therapies, botanical extracts, natural products, traditional medicines. research also explored potential probiotics, phage therapy, novel antibiotics, such as rifabutin furazolidone, infection. studies have artificial intelligence (AI) diagnosis management AI-assisted screening methods identified extracts products anti-H. activity, providing new avenues therapeutic development. Additionally, AI can improve accuracy outcomes. Although these approaches show promise, further needed confirm their efficacy, safety, optimal dosing. Abstract BACKGROUND Chinese mugwort ( Artemisia argyi ) possesses extensive pharmacological activities associated with anti‐tumour, antioxidative and anti‐inflammatory effects. The present study aimed to investigate the antioxidant anti‐ageing effects of A. extract (AAE) on fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster ageing model by detecting enzyme mRNA level genes. RESULTS AAE could significantly lengthen mean lifespan, 50% survival days, maximum lifespan D. , especially when amount added reached 6.68 mg mL −1 both female male flies increased 23.74% 22.30%, respectively, indicating effective life extension effect AAE. At same time, improve climbing ability tolerance hydrogen peroxide in . In addition, addition effectively copper‐zinc‐containing superoxide dismutase, manganese‐containing dismutase catalase reduced contents malondialdehyde. Abstract: Biologically active secondary metabolites, essential oils, and volatile compounds derived from medicinal aromatic plants play a crucial role in promoting human health. Within the large family Asteraceae, genus Artemisia consists of approximately 500 species. species have rich history traditional medicine worldwide, offering remedies for wide range ailments, such as malaria, jaundice, toothache, gastrointestinal problems, wounds, inflammatory diseases, diarrhoea, menstrual pains, skin disorders, headache, intestinal parasites.
