This
study
investigated
the
protective
effects
and
mechanisms
of
cow
placenta
peptides
(CPP)
on
intestinal
barrier
damage
in
aging
model
mice.
Forty-eight
male
ICR
mice
were
assigned
to
four
groups:
a
control
group
(N),
an
(M),
CPP
treatment
(T),
vitamin
C
(P).
Groups

received
oral
administration
(2000
mg/kg/day)

structural
damage,
increasing

height-to-crypt
depth
ratio
reducing
serum
diamine
oxidase
(DAO)
lipopolysaccharide
(LPS)
levels.

enhanced

CPP’s

Introduction
Sheep
placenta
extract
(SPE)
is
a
representative
traditional
medicinal
substance
that
exhibits
multiple
experimentally
validated
physiological
properties,
including
anti-aging
effects,
wound
healing
acceleration,
antioxidant
activity,
and
anti-inflammatory
mechanisms.
However,
the
mechanism
by
which
SPE
influences
delay
of
aging
still
not
yet
clear.
Methods
Exploring
effects
sheep
on
D-gal
induced
senescence
in
mouse
model
macrogenomics
metabolomics.
Results
In
serum
mice
treated
with
SPE,
levels
function
such
as
superoxide
dismutase
(SOD),
glutathione
peroxidase
(GSH-Px),
catalase
(CAT)
were
notably
higher
compared
to
those
blank
group,
whereas
malondialdehyde
(MDA)
decreased.

Our
preliminary
study
identified
dairy
cow
placenta
extract
(CPE)
as
a
mixture
of
peptides
with
potent
antioxidant
activity
both
in
vivo
and
vitro.
However,
the
specific
(AOPs)
responsible
for
this
were
not
yet
identified.
In
current
study,
we
employed
virtual
screening
chromatography
techniques
to
isolate
two
peptides,
ANNGKQWAEVF
(CP1)
QPGLPGPAG
(CP2),
from
CPE.
These
found
be
less
stable
under
extreme
conditions
such
high
temperature,
strong
acid,
alkali,
simulated
digestive
conditions.
Nevertheless,
normal
physiological
conditions,
CP1
CP2
exhibited
significant
properties,
including
free-radical
scavenging,
metal
chelating,
inhibition
lipid
peroxidation.

The
global
aging
population
has
led
to
a
rise
in
age-related
health
issues,
such
as
malnutrition,
metabolic
disorders,
and
even
immune
decline.
Among
these
concerns,
periodontitis
holds
particular
significance
for
the
well-being
of
elderly.
This
study
aimed
investigate
impact
on
inflammatory
resorption
alveolar
bone
mice
with
periodontitis,
specific
focus
alterations
intestinal
microenvironment.

this,
we
established
D-galactose
(D-gal)-induced
mouse
model

histopathological
