Abstract Objective: Acute cerebral vasospasm (aCVS) is a severe complication commonly occurring after subarachnoid hemorrhage, leading to significant morbidity and mortality despite current therapeutic interventions. This study aims elucidate the potential mechanisms of Ligusticum wallichii against aCVS through an integrated approach bioinformatics, meta-analysis, network pharmacology. Materials Methods: Studies related L . were systematically retrieved from public databases, followed by meta-analysis on effectiveness extracts in treating or preventing aCVS. Acute lung injury (ALI) is a disease characterized by pulmonary edema caused an excessive inflammatory response within the lungs and disruption of alveolar capillary barrier, with high morbidity mortality rate in critically ill patients. Dry powder inhalers (DPI) are effective way administering medication to improve efficacy, inhalation administration not only improves efficacy but also increases bioavailability drug. Synephrine, natural ingredient derived from fruit citrus plant Brassicaceae family, has anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties. In present study, we prepared synephrine dry inhaler (SYN-DPI) anti-solvent precipitation method evaluated it vivo vitro. The vitro results show that SYN-DPI low hygroscopicity good aerodynamic showed had toxicity possessed capacity, which could significantly reduce inflammation, oxidative stress, injury. Pharmacokinetic increased SYN bioavailability. conclusion, this study provides as inhalable formulation can be used ALI.

Given the abundance and intricate nature of chemical components found in natural food ingredients, functional research has long grappled with two significant technical challenges: rapid precise screening active substances targeted preparation.
