Background: Gastric mucosal injury is a critical factor in the development and progression of numerous gastric disorders, problem increasing concern. Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang (XSLJZT) traditional herbal formula recognized for its ability to improve gastrointestinal function.Purpose: This study aimed investigate potential gastroprotective effects XSLJZT underlying mechanisms against indomethacin (IND)-induced rats.Methods: Bioinformatics molecular docking were employed identify targets pathways associated with injury. was manufactured quality-controlled using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining transmission electron microscopy used assess surface morphology ultrastructure.
