Plant-driven extracellular vesicles (PEVs) have attracted significant interest due to their natural origin, remarkable bioactivity, and efficacy in drug encapsulation target delivery. In our work, from Citri Reticulate Pericranium (CEVs) were isolated investigated physicochemical characteristics biological activities. We identified the vesicle structures as regular, with a particle size of approximately 200 nm. also detected large quantities lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, well total phenols flavonoids. The rich content CEVs endows them antioxidant anti-inflammatory effects, which can notably increase levels GSH effectively promote activity markers such SOD, CAT, GR. Additionally, they inhibit level inflammatory like NO factors ( IL-6 , IL-1β TNF-α ). addition, we successfully synthesized EVs-nob nanoparticles 83.75% ± 2.83% rate 2.79% 0.02% loading, may enhance effects nobiletin. Our research provides critical insights into bioactivity demonstrates potential PEVs nanocarrier creation, thereby promoting advancement more for biomedical applications.
