ABSTRACT Although traditional Tibetan medicine is a valuable source for the discovery of novel lead compounds, isolation structural analogs from natural sources remains challenge in field separation science. The Gentiana szechenyii (GC) widely to treat various types inflammation and upper respiratory tract infections. Despite its strong medicinal value, complex purification process has limited investigations into chemical composition. Therefore, this study, off‐line two‐dimensional supercritical fluid chromatographic (2D‐SFC) method was developed successfully applied efficient compounds GS. Initially, crude GS sample pretreated using binary medium‐pressure liquid chromatography system obtain target fraction (Fr16, 1.0 g). A propyl urea phenyl/tetrazole stationary phases 2D‐SFC then Fr16. Consequently, five polyphenolic were isolated with purities >95%. obtained results demonstrate potential maximizing isomers, thereby providing theoretical basis further exploitation products.
