The rapid development of the food industry along with increasing mobility community drives demand for more sophisticated, hygienic, and efficient kitchen utensils. However, frying utensils that are still often used have weaknesses, such as uneven heat distribution less than optimal residue filtration. This can reduce product quality production efficiency, so improvements needed to maintain consistency quality. research aims redesign device. SWOT method in this study helps identify weaknesses opportunities improvement traditional Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is user needs. results show new device has proven be compared convex pans, especially a even heat. With addition thermostat features, timer, gas detector, waste filtration system. These innovations not only improve efficiency convenience, but also provide additional protection safety.
