El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto crioprotector del tipo de azúcar en diluyente sobre la criopreservación semen cerdo pelón mexicano. Se obtuvieron 30 eyaculados cinco verracos sexualmente maduros, los cuales fueron mezclados, diluidos y congelados cuatro diferentes crioprotectores: glucosa (T1), lactosa (T2), fructosa (T3) trehalosa (T4). La descongelación se realizó a 37 °C evaluaron parámetros motilidad (sistema CASA), viabilidad espermática (IP), actividad mitocondrial (JC-1), integridad acrosoma (FITC-PSA) membrana plasmática cola (Host). The motility of sperm decreases following cryopreservation, which is closely associated with mitochondrial function. However, the alterations in metabolism after freezing goats remain unclear. This experiment aimed to investigate impact ultra-low temperature on goat sperm's energy and its potential correlation motility. results revealed that exhibited vacuolization, reduced matrix density, significantly decreased levels high-membrane mitochondria adenosine triphosphate content, accompanied by a substantial increase reactive oxygen species levels, ultimately leading significant decline viability. Further investigations unveiled energy-related differential metabolites (capric acid, creatine, D-glucosamine-6-phosphate) antioxidant effects (saikosaponin A, probucol, cholesterol sulfate) were downregulated. In addition, activity key rate-limiting enzymes involved very long-chain fatty acid biosynthesis β-oxidation-specifically acetyl-CoA carboxylase, synthase, carnitine palmitoyltransferase I related capric metabolism-was considerably reduced. Eggs, recognized as a "complete nutritional food", constitute crucial source of high-quality protein and maintain an essential position in China's animal supply system. However, extended storage periods induce biochemical degradation, including denaturation, air cell expansion, microbial growth, substantially affecting both food safety value. As consumer demand for quality assurance increases, research egg freshness evaluation has made substantial progress. While existing studies have focused on isolated detection methods freshness, there remains critical gap systematically integrating multidisciplinary approaches evaluating their synergistic potential comprehensive assessment. This review categorizes conventional emerging methodologies, sensory assessment, physical characterization, chemical analysis, intelligent technologies. Preservation of the livestock genetic makeup could be performed by application in vitro fertilization (IVF) using spermatozoa collected from cauda epididymis. Therefore, this study as sessed development goat embryos following IVF epididy mis compared to those kept frozen. Oocytes were cultured a maturation medium for 24 hours at temperature 38.5°C, 5% CO2, and 95% humidity. Following maturation, oocytes (n = 370) fertilized fresh epididymal sperm (G1) G2 frozen-thawed sperm, Fert-TALP was used medium. In addition, developed GT-L The rate, percentage morula, blastocytes (p<0.01) significantly higher inseminated with than frozen sperm. conclusion, embryo production may successfully IVF.

Abstract A protocol for conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF) horses using fresh semen has been described, a prolonged incubation FERT‐TALP medium (22 h) at 38.2°C the presence of penicillamine, hypotaurine and epinephrine (PHE). Our work aimed to develop that maintains quality parameters frozen–thawed equine spermatozoa incubated 22 h PHE different media (FERT‐TALP INRA96) temperatures (30 38.2°C).
