A water-soluble polysaccharide from foxtail millet (FM-D1) was isolated and purified through gradient ethanol precipitation column chromatography. Size-Exclusion Chromatography–Multi-Angle Light Scattering–Refractive Index (SEC-MALLS-RI) high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) analyses revealed that FM-D1 constitutes a highly neutral exclusively composed of glucose as the sugar unit, with molecular weight 14.823 kDa. The structural characterization results obtained gas chromatography–mass spectrometer (GC–MS) nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) spectra suggest primarily consists main chain linked by →4)-α-D-Glcp-(1→ minor quantities →4,6)-α-D-Glcp-(1→ to form chain, branching mainly α-D-Glcp-(1→ attached O-6 position residues. Based on these findings, antioxidant immunomodulatory activities were evaluated in vitro. indicated exhibited moderate 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 2,2′-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate) (ABTS) radical scavenging capacity total (TAOC). Furthermore, stimulated macrophage proliferation inhibited production nitric oxide (NO) inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 246.7 cells. Oxidative damage, oxidative inflammation, and a range of downstream diseases represent significant threats to human health. The application natural antioxidants anti-inflammatory agents can help prevent mitigate these associated diseases. In this study, we aimed investigate the effectiveness walnut green husk (WNGH) as an antioxidant agent in vitro setting. HepG2 cells were treated with tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP) establish cellular model damage inflammation. Microbial exopolysaccharides (EPS) exhibit high viscosity, offering significant potential for reducing soil porosity. In this paper, a kind of Bacillus polymyxa producing EPS was selected and its chemical physical properties, including the morphology, molecular weight, monosaccharide composition, structure, rheological were studied. Subsequently, effect on porosity investigated by permeability coefficient X-ray computed tomography (X-CT), mechanism which reduced elucidated. The porous ellipsoid with weight 7.89 × 104 Da, mainly composed mannose, galactose, glucose molar ratio 7.35:1.96:1.00. properties fitted using power law model, solution exhibited pseudoplasticity at different concentrations pH conditions. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of walnut green husk extract (WGHe) on growth performance, meat quality, antioxidative status, gut morphology, and microbiota diversity broilers. A total 216 one-day-old broilers were divided into 4 groups, each consisting 9 replicates (6 birds per replicate) as follows: 1) control group, basal diet; 2) antibiotic diet supplemented with enduracidin colistin sulfate; 3) low-dose 5.0 g/kg WGHe; 4) high-dose 10.0 WGHe. Abstract In this study, the adsorption properties of a composite material consisting polyacrylamide, an inert polymer, and extract obtained from water-soluble part green walnut shell were investigated for Hg(II) ions. SEM, EDX, FTIR, PZC analyses performed to characterize newly synthesized material. SEM EDX confirmed that surface adsorbent became softer smoother after adsorption, indicating presence Hg in its elemental composition. FTIR analysis showed mercury enters structure through chemical interactions, there are changes bond vibration frequencies Hg(II). According point analysis, at which charge was zero found be pH 4.
