Ginsenoside Rg1 has been studied to improve systemic inflammatory injury induced by sepsis, but its mechanism is not fully understood. The objective of this study was explore the potential molecular which ameliorates septic intestinal barrier function impairment. Cytokin storms play a key role in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury (ALI) caused by sepsis, which pulmonary macrophage PANoptosis is involved.
