The application of one kind metal-organic framework (MOF) material used in multiple fields is the most interesting research topics. In this work, four new tetra-nuclear cluster-based lanthanide frameworks (LnMOFs) [Ln2(BTDB)3(DMA)(phen)]n (Ln = Tb TbMOF, Eu EuMOF, Gd GdMOF, Tb1.830Eu0.170Tb,EuMOF, 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4',4″-dicarboxytriphenylamine H2BTDB, 1,10-phenanthroline phen) are obtained based on ligand H2BTDB that synthesized our laboratory, and precise single-crystal structure for first time. white phosphor was by facilely hybridizing two components orange-yellow emission Tb,EuMOF blue luminescence triphenylamine according to trichromatic theory. At same time, Tb,EuMOF, can be information encryption, demonstrating their potential field anti-counterfeiting. also a multi-mode self-calibrating thermometer within broad temperature range 110-300 K. Further studies show EuMOF rapid response sensor Fe2+, with very low limit detection 2.0 nM, which much lower than national standards Fe2+ (GB 5749-2005, 5.357 μM). It achieve strong anti-interference actual samples tap water lake water. addition, made into an easy-to-use sensing device test paper real-time visual Fe2+.

Abstract The development of visual and multifunctional sensors, further the fabrication portable sensing devices is great importance. Herein, two dinuclear lanthanide clusters are designed, their accurate molecules determined to be [Ln 2 (DFBA) 6 (dmp) (H O) ] (Ln 3+ = Eu ( 1‐Eu ) or Tb 1‐Tb ), HDFBA 3,4‐difluorobenzoic acid, dmp 4,7‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline), by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Interestingly, shows rapid detection ferrous ions (Fe 2+ acetylacetone (acac), with limit (LOD) as low 5.6 1.0 ppb, respectively. LOD ppb for Fe far lower than standard World Health Organization (0.3 ppm, SDWA) Chinese rural water quality standards (0.5 GB25467‐2010) drinking water. As it known, most sensitive chemosensor acac; can discriminated naked eyes under 365 nm UV light. Furthermore, agarose gel, test paper, sprayed films on plastic tube, glass, coin, stone, leaf, carbon rod, iron sheet surfaces, based solution, fabricated facile methods, quick in various conditions, show excellent recyclable performance acac vapor.

Cadmium ions (Cd2+) are highly toxic to animal and human health, especially through the drinking of Cd2+-contaminated water eating rice. Therefore, accurate detection Cd2+ in water, rice, rice soil is urgent. In this work, two [2 + 2] lanthanide clusters Tb2Tb2 Eu2Eu2 were synthesized characterized detail. Interestingly, a rapid sensor for luminescence "turn-off". Further studies show that sensitive selective toward supernatants, with very short response time 20 s. The limit (LOD) above three real samples as low 0.0112, 1.1240, 0.1124 ppb, respectively, which lower than national standards food safety China (GB 2762-2022). More interestingly, portable sensing device test paper based on developed facile method, shows visible, sensitive, supernatants. its an on-site analysis potentially non-expert users, people remote rural areas.

Two lanthanide metal-organic frameworks [Ln-MOFs, Ln = Eu(III), Tb(III)] composed of oxalic acid and building units were hydrothermally synthesized fully characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Furthermore, their magnetic susceptibility measurements obtained using SQUID based vibrating sample magnetometer (MPMS 3, Quantum Design). Both Ln-MOFs exhibited highly efficient luminescent property. Solid-state photoluminescence (PL) revealed phosphorescence emission bands Eu-MOF Tb-MOF centered at 618 nm (red emission) 550 (green upon excitation 396 285 nm, respectively. displayed a quantum yield 53% 40%, Time-resolved PL analyses showed very long lifetime values, 600 1065 ± 1 µs for Tb-MOF, Calculations performed density functional theory indicated charge transfer form metal centres to the ligand which was in good agreement with experimental studies. Therefore, this new mode photoluminescent MOF materials is studied first time paves way better understanding these systems potential applications.
