Abstract Mycotoxin contamination in foods and other goods has become a broad issue owing to serious toxicity, tremendous threat public safety, terrible loss of resources. Herein, it is necessary develop simple, sensitive, inexpensive, rapid platforms for the detection mycotoxins. Currently, limitation instrumental chemical methods cannot be massively applied practice. Immunoassays are considered one best candidates toxin due their simplicity, rapidness, cost‐effectiveness. Especially, field dual‐mode immunosensors corresponding assays rapidly developing as an advanced intersected technology. So, this review summarized types principles single‐mode including optical electrical recent years, then focused on integrated combined detect mycotoxins, well combination with portable device point‐of‐care test. The remaining challenges were discussed aim stimulating future development accelerate transformation scientific laboratory technologies into easy‐to‐operate platforms.

Ochratoxin A (OTA) frequently contaminates grains and consequently threatens human health. Herein, we develop a regenerable signal probe apply it to Au-based screen-printed electrode module (SPE) for OTA determination. The probe, containing structural covalent organic framework, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), indicative methylene blue (MB), highly selective aptamer, is synthesized with hydrothermal self-assembly methods. SPE permanently functionalized Prussian (PB), AuNPs, semicomplementary ssDNA. absorbed onto this via hybridization, competitively expelled by OTA, providing ratiometric readout of ΔIMB/IPB. Probe regeneration, erase expired COF-Au-MB-Apt after each analysis, established the synergy OTA-conducted Apt-ssDNA dissociation on-chip thermal regulation. This advantage powerfully guarantees reduplicative analyses avoiding irreversible Apt-OTA combination accumulation on sensing interface. Regenerations are performed in repetitive cycles (N = 7) 98.5% reproduction efficiency, IMB IPB fluctuations calculated as 1.45 1.12%. method shows log-linear response wide range from 0.2 pg/mL 0.6 μg/mL, limit detection 0.12 pg/mL. During natural determinations, recommended readouts match well HPLC less than 4.82% relative error.

Abstract Mycotoxin contamination of food crops is a global challenge due to their unpredictable occurrence and severe adverse health effects on humans. Therefore, it great importance develop effective tools prevent the accumulation mycotoxins through chain. The use magnetic nanoparticle (MNP)‐assisted biosensors for detecting mycotoxin in complex foodstuffs has garnered interest significantly enhanced sensitivity accuracy. Within such context, this review includes fundamentals recent advances (2020–2023) area monitoring matrices using MNP‐based aptasensors immunosensors. In review, we start by providing comprehensive introduction design immunosensors (natural antibody or nanobody, random site‐oriented immobilization) (techniques aptamer selection, characterization, truncation). Meanwhile, special attention paid multifunctionalities MNPs (recoverable adsorbent, versatile carrier, signal indicator) preparing mycotoxin‐specific biosensors. Further, contribution multiplexing determination various summarized. A high-throughput, rapid, and highly sensitive surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) microarray for screening multiple mycotoxins has been developed on a three-dimensional silver nanoparticle porous silicon (3D AgNP-Psi) SERS substrate, which was easy to be engineered by electrochemical etching magnetron sputtering technology. The ubiquitous aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) contamination in foods and other complex matrices has brought great challenges for onsite monitoring. In this study, an ultrasensitive Nafion-immobilized functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)-based electrochemical (EC) immunosensor was developed trace AFB1 detection. introduced Nafion film could steadily stabilize MWCNTs with uniform distribution tiling on the surface of a Au electrode.
