Mycotoxins
and
food
allergens
are
growing
health
concerns
in
the
area
of
safety.
Accidental
exposure
to
mycotoxins
can
arise
many
ways
including
allergenic
proteins
due
cross-contamination,
unspecified
product
labels
toxic
residues
through
direct
or
indirect
intake
contaminated
food.
In
recent
years,
nanomaterials
various
immunoassays
have
shown
great
potential
selectively
detect
with
lower
detection
limits
a
shorter
time.
This
review
compares
different
immunoassay
approaches,
discusses
applications
carbon
gold
developing
allergens.
Various
types
shapes
carbon,
spherical
non-spherical
nanoparticles
their
synthesis
methods
were
elaborated.
The
approaches
on
how
these
be
incorporated
used
as
combination
improve
performance
addressed.
Lastly,
challenges
prospects
contaminants
discussed.

Abstract
Mycotoxin
contamination
in
foods
and
other
goods
has
become
a
broad
issue
owing
to
serious
toxicity,
tremendous
threat
public
safety,
terrible
loss
of
resources.
Herein,
it
is
necessary
develop
simple,
sensitive,
inexpensive,
rapid
platforms
for
the
detection
mycotoxins.
Currently,
limitation
instrumental
chemical
methods
cannot
be
massively
applied
practice.
Immunoassays
are
considered
one
best
candidates
toxin
due
their
simplicity,
rapidness,
cost‐effectiveness.
Especially,
field
dual‐mode
immunosensors
corresponding
assays
rapidly
developing
as
an
advanced
intersected
technology.
So,
this
review
summarized
types
principles
single‐mode
including
optical
electrical
recent
years,
then
focused
on
integrated
combined
detect
mycotoxins,
well
combination
with
portable
device
point‐of‐care
test.
The
remaining
challenges
were
discussed
aim
stimulating
future
development
accelerate
transformation
scientific
laboratory
technologies
into
easy‐to‐operate
platforms.

Abstract
Mycotoxin
contamination
of
food
crops
is
a
global
challenge
due
to
their
unpredictable
occurrence
and
severe
adverse
health
effects
on
humans.
Therefore,
it
great
importance
develop
effective
tools
prevent
the
accumulation
mycotoxins
through
chain.
The
use
magnetic
nanoparticle
(MNP)‐assisted
biosensors
for
detecting
mycotoxin
in
complex
foodstuffs
has
garnered
interest
significantly
enhanced
sensitivity
accuracy.
Within
such
context,
this
review
includes
fundamentals
recent
advances
(2020–2023)
area
monitoring
matrices
using
MNP‐based
aptasensors
immunosensors.
In
review,
we
start
by
providing
comprehensive
introduction
design
immunosensors
(natural
antibody
or
nanobody,
random
site‐oriented
immobilization)
(techniques
aptamer
selection,
characterization,
truncation).
Meanwhile,
special
attention
paid
multifunctionalities
MNPs
(recoverable
adsorbent,
versatile
carrier,
signal
indicator)
preparing
