Bacterial
communities
play
a
crucial
role
in
maintaining
the
stability
of
river
ecosystems
and
driving
biogeochemical
cycling,
exhibiting
high
sensitivity
to
environmental
change.
However,
understanding
spatial
scale
effects
assembly
mechanisms
riverine
bacterial
under
distinct
anthropogenic
disturbances
remains
challenge.
Here,
we
investigated
across
three
watersheds
[i.e.,
intensive
urban
(UW),
agricultural
(AW),
natural
(NW)]
both
dry
wet
seasons.
We
explored
biogeographic
patterns
influence
landscape
at
multi-spatial
scales
water
chemistry
on
communities.
