Optimizing Cropping patterns is important for the improvement of regional agricultural economic efficiency and sustainable development. However, there are few studies on sustainability cropping in hilly areas. Here, we studied four new three-maturing a typical ecological site areas southwest China. An analytical method combining evaluation energy value analysis was used to evaluate compare model traditional model. To solve above problems, constructed eight classified them as follows: The Traditional Double System: T1, oilseed rape-summer soybean; T2, maize; T3, wheat-summer maize. Triple T4, wheat/spring maize/summer soybean. Novel T5, forage rape-spring T6, maize/peanut; T7, potato-spring T8, results study showed that compared with System System, increased yield by an average 100.39% 49.18%, capacity 71.32% 36.48%, biological 12.53% 4.90%, 13.59% 5.80%. were significantly improved, profits CNY 9068 ·hm−2 7533 System. further revealed characteristics high input output inputs 6.56% 4.25%, outputs 13.69% 4.27% respectively. This level stems mainly from significant increase labor inputs. Meanwhile, energy-value indicator shows its lower dependence natural resources, greater intensification, system stability. As result, higher capacity. In summary, this can provide theoretical basis optimizing promoting high-yield development agriculture.

The quality and safety of edible vegetable oils are closely related to human life health, meaning it is great significance explore the rapid detection methods pesticide residues in oils. Bacillus megaterium is particularly known for its abundance in soils and plant growth promotion. To characterize the metabolites excreted by this specie, we performed successive liquid/liquid extractions from bacteria culture medium with different polarity solvents (cyclohexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate butanol) to separate groups. The extracts were characterized regarding their total phenolic content, amount of reducing sugar, concentration primary amines proteins, chromatographic profile HPLC-DAD-ELSD chemical identification GC-MS. Among 75 compounds which are produced bacteria, 19 identifications first time found as B. 23 described genus. containing showed interesting agronomic activity, a global inhibition seed germination rates soya, sunflower, corn ray grass, but not corn, compared alone. Our results suggest that can produce various metabolites, like butanediol, cyclic dipeptides, fatty acids, hydrocarbons, diverse effects sometimes opposite order modulate response adapt environmental effects. Abstract To prompt the nanopesticides from laboratory investigation to agricultural application and reduce use of pesticides impacts on environment, sodium alginate (SA) was self‐assembled with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) into stable uniform nanoparticle under mild conditions. The structure investigated by dynamic light scattering (DLS), ζ‐potential measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) related loading release properties. It found that size increased decreased increasing concentration SA, leading higher efficiency sustained efficacy towards emamectin benzoate (EB). amount CTAB had little effects nanoparticle, however made a competition EB reduced sustaining nanocarrier. There is a growing demand for biobased functional materials that can ensure targeted pesticide delivery and minimize active ingredient loss in the agricultural sector. In this work, we demonstrated use of esterified lignin nanoparticles (ELNPs) as carriers controlled-release agents hydrophobic compounds. Curcumin was selected model compound incorporated during ELNP fabrication with entrapment efficiencies exceeding 95%.
