Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), as an emerging molecular-level detection technology, has attracted considerable research attention, especially in the context of substrate materials exhibiting enhancement effects. Membrane materials, owing to their commendable uniformity, stability, and ease modification, hold a pivotal position landscape SERS materials. However, existing substrates based on membrane have limited adaptability spectrum extreme environments, including but not high or low pH, elevated salinity, corrosive solutions. Additionally, are synonymous with "waste" "high investment" because inherent disposable nature. This study introduces pioneering approach, presenting polymer composite founded epoxy resin, cellulose paper, nanometal particles novel material. Given outstanding stability material exhibits normal functionality environments ranging from -80℃ 100℃, pH levels spanning 1 13, highly acidic solutions (concentration ≤ 3%) alkaline 0.1 M). Moreover, cleanability renders recyclable. Experimental findings reveal that even after six repeated uses, sustains stable signal effect. The integration recyclability heightened makes this promising candidate for real-time monitoring batch testing chemical production processes other complex environments.
