Abstract
The
accurate
and
rapid
assessment
of
okadaic
acid
(OA)
levels
in
shellfish
is
paramount
importance
for
ensuring
seafood
safety.
In
this
study,
a
competitive
electrochemiluminescence
(ECL)
immunosensor
was
proposed
the
precise
quantitation
OA,
utilizing
novel
self-enhanced
solid-state
ECL
marker.
Graphene
quantum
dots
doped
with
nitrogen
sulfur
(
N,S-GQDs)
were
synthesized
through
electrolysis
graphite
3-(
N-morpholine)
propane
sulfonic
(MOPS)
solution.
Intriguingly,
these
N,S-GQDs
exhibited
exceptional
co-reactant
properties,
significantly
enhancing
anodic
performance
Ru(bpy)
32+
phosphate-buffered
saline
Following
functionalization
Ru(bpy)
32+-doped
silica
nanoparticles
(RuSiNPs)
poly(diallyldimethylammonium)
chloride
(PDDA),
we
achieved
well-dispersed
assembly
on
exterior
RuSiNPs
electrostatic
interactions.
Importantly,
core-shell
structure
RuSiNPs@
N,S-GQDs
efficiently
encapsulated
both
luminophore
co-reactant,
facilitating
improved
electron
transfer
rates,
shorter
interaction
distances,
reduced
energy
loss
during
light
emission.
Consequently,
displayed
enhanced
properties
compared
to
bare
RuSiNPs.
Leveraging
"bright"
beacon,
our
demonstrated
remarkable
analytical
performance,
yielding
low
half
maximal
inhibitory
concentration
(IC
50)
0.14
ng
mL
−
1,
an
extensive
linear
range
spanning
0.003-40
impressively
limit
detection
1
fg
1
OA
determination.

Abstract
Helicobacter
pylori
(
H.
pylori)
infection
poses
significant
risks
for
gastric
cancer
and
intestinal
inflammation,
yet
effective
prevention
strategies
inflammation
remain
elusive.
Here,
we
aimed
to
investigate
the
protective
effects
underlying
mechanisms
of
Lactiplantibacillus
plantarum
ZJ316
(
L.
ZJ316)
in
a
mouse
model
H.
pylori-induced
inflammation.
Our
results
demonstrated
that
treatment
with
L.
effectively
reduced
tissue
damage
upregulated
expression
tight
junction
proteins
such
as
Zonula
occludens-1
(ZO-1),
Occludin,
Claudin-1,
while
decreased
pro-inflammatory
cytokines
interleukin-1β
(IL-1β),
interferon
γ
(IFN-γ),
tumor
necrosis
factor
α
(TNF-α).
Additionally,
intaking
relative
abundance
pathogenic
bacteria
Staphylococcus
Desulfovibrio
by
69%,
42%,
respectively,
enhancing
beneficial
including
Ligilactobacillus,
Akkermansia,
Lactobacillus
associated
short-chain
fatty
acids
(SCFAs)
synthesis,
88%,
85%,
16%,
respectively.
Gas
chromatography–mass
spectrometry
(GC-MS)
analysis
confirmed
reversed
declines
SCFA
levels.
In
vitro,
inhibited
IκBα/NF-κB
pathway,
thereby
reducing
TNF-α
IL-8
production
HT-29
cells
following
infection.
These
findings
collectively
suggest
ameliorates
gut
barrier
function,
improving
flora
structure,
increasing
levels,
mitigating
through
NF-κB
pathway
inhibition,
offering
promise
therapeutic
development.
