ABSTRACT In the environment, nanoplastics (NPs) have been shown to adversely impact reproductive health, yet research on their effects during early pregnancy is scarce. This study investigated of NPs endometrial decidualization in pregnant mice and fertility. Female were administered polystyrene (PS‐NPs) orally for 90 days before pregnancy. Our findings indicated that PS‐NPs exposure decreased live birth rate neonatal crown‐rump length. Decreased embryo implantation sites uterine wet weight observed post exposure. Histological examination revealed structural defects uteri a significant reduction follicular count across all stages PS‐NPs‐treated groups. Serum levels estradiol (E 2 ) progesterone (P) elevated, while follicle‐stimulating hormone (FSH) luteinizing (LH) diminished post‐exposure. Additionally, upregulated expression marker HOXA10 decidua. conclusion, our results suggest may disrupt disruption likely due perturbation hormonal balance within hypothalamic–pituitary–ovary including FSH, LH, E , P levels. In recent years, the adverse effects of nanoplastics (NPs) and pyriproxyfen on aquatic environments have attracted widespread attention. However, research their combined exposure to organisms could be more extensive. This work evaluated acute chronic toxic polystyrene NPs (PS-NPs) Daphnia magna (D. magna) under conditions. The addition PS-NPs within 24 h reduced toxicity D. magna, resulting in an increase 24-h EC50 values from 0.24 mg/L 0.35, 0.51, 1.26 mg/L, respectively when 1, 5, 10 were added. Compared with PS-NPs, significantly disturbed growth reproduction test at 21 days. caused by alleviated co-exposed. addition, it was observed that resulted less uptake using a time-gated imaging technique.
