Microbial communities have been demonstrated to be essential for healthy and productive soil ecosystems. However, an understanding of the relationship between microbial community productivity levels is remarkably limited. In this study, bulk (BS), rhizosphere (RS), root (R) samples from historical high-productive (H) low-productive (L) types wheat in Hebei province China were collected analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.
