In this study, the effects of natural grass cultivation and clear on physiological characteristics Korla fragrant pear during fruit development storage were investigated, providing a scientific basis for high-quality cultivation. Sugar components, enzyme activities, gene expression levels in pulp peel comprehensively analyzed storage. A classification model was constructed using machine learning algorithms (RF, KNN, SVM), particle swarm optimization (PSO) employed to identify key factors. The results showed that significantly enhanced sugar accumulation fruits, particularly at 120 150 days after flowering, with fructose content increasing by 9.09 mg·g−1 12.59 mg·g−1, respectively, glucose also rising significantly. Additionally, promoted relative GK, PFK, FK genes pulp. During storage, activities group consistently higher than those across different periods, PFK activity being 23.73 U/L identified glyceraldehyde kinase, phosphofructokinase, fructokinase as factors influencing content. significant negative correlation observed between phosphofructokinase content, though relationship requires further investigation. This study elucidates regulatory mechanism which methods affect quality through photosynthetic product distribution. Our findings provide critical foundation are expected advance efficient industry, helping farmers improve both income.
