We aimed to analyze the humoral and cellular response standard booster (additional doses) COVID-19 vaccination in solid organ transplantation (SOT) risk factors involved for an impaired response.We did a systematic review meta-analysis of studies published up until January 11, 2022, that reported immunogenicity vaccine among SOT. The study is registered with PROSPERO, number CRD42022300547.Of 1527 studies, 112 which 15391 SOT 2844 healthy controls, were included. showed low (effect size [ES]: 0.44 [0.40-0.48]) overall control (log-Odds-ratio [OR]: -4.46 [-8.10 -2.35]). was highest liver (ES: 0.67 [0.61-0.74]) followed by heart 0.45 [0.32-0.59]), kidney 0.40 [0.36-0.45]), kidney-pancreas 0.33 [0.13-0.53]), lung (0.27 [0.17-0.37]). dose 0.43 [0.39-0.47] vs. 0.51 [0.43-0.54]) marginal increase 18% efficacy. prior infection had higher 0.94 [0.92-0.96] ES: [0.39-0.41]; p-value < .01). seroresponse mRNA-12723 mRNA 0.52 (0.40-0.64). Mycophenolic acid (OR: 1.42 [1.21-1.63]) Belatacept 1.89 [1.3-2.49]) nonresponse. parallelly decreased 0.42 [0.32-0.52]) -3.12 [-0.4.12 -2.13]).Overall, develops suboptimal compared general population. Diagnostic assays currently used to monitor the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines measure levels antibodies receptor-binding domain ancestral SARS-CoV-2 (RBDwt). However, predictive value for protection against new variants concern (VOCs) has not been firmly established. Here, we bead-based arrays and flow cytometry binding spike proteins domains (RBDs) from VOCs in 12,000 serum samples. Effects sera on RBD-ACE2 interactions were measured as a proxy neutralizing antibodies. The samples obtained healthy individuals or patients immunosuppressive therapy who had received two four doses convalescents. results show that anti-RBDwt titers correlate with binding- Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon Omicron variants. benefit multiplexed analysis lies ability wide range anti-RBD using single dilution each assay. reactivity patterns also yield an internal reference activity antibody units per milliliter (BAU/ml). Results vaccinated confirmed extended previous studies time-dependent waning effects agents. We conclude propose our method may be implemented enhance precision throughput immunomonitoring.

As COVID-19 remains an issue in transplantation medicine, a successful vaccination can prevent infections and life-threatening courses. The probability of poor immune response liver transplant recipients gained attention insecurity among those patients, leading us to investigate the humoral alongside influence underlying diseases immunosuppressive regimen on seroconversion rates. We included 118 patients undergoing anti-spike-protein-IgG testing at least 21 days after completed SARS-CoV-2 vaccination.
