Healthcare workers serving during the COVID-19 pandemic may have been exposed to high work overload, which had an impact on their physical, mental, and social health. The aim of this study was assess risk factors associated with psychological distress among healthcare from January 2020 December 2022.A systematic review conducted based PRISMA statement. Articles were searched in Pubmed, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO databases.A total 59 articles included review. It observed that prevalence high. Female sex, being a nurse, young, living alone/being single, having chronic disease or psychiatric disorder history are main at personal level. During the COVID-19 pandemic, clinical nurses in hospitals South Korea were exposed to extreme stress, and many continue suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This study explores factors influencing PTSD among hospital during COVID-19. Objetivo: analisar como os trabalhadores de enfermagem unidades hospitalares COVID-19 percebem as repercussões físicas e psicológicas do trabalho em sua saúde fatores associados à percepção. Método: estudo métodos mistos paralelo-convergente realizado com 359 lotados sete hospitais. Para a coleta dados quantitativos foram utilizados um questionário contendo variáveis sociodemográficas, laborais relacionadas às percepções e, para qualitativa, entrevistas semiestruturadas. análise utilizou-se estatística inferencial temática conteúdo. Resultados: diurnos, que tinham mais vínculo empregatício trabalhavam 41 horas/semana perceberam moderadas/intensas, devido sobrecarga déficit folgas. Enfermeiros celetistas atribuindo-as gerencial insatisfação trabalhista. Mulheres apresentaram 97% chance perceberem três vezes psicológicas, quando comparadas aos homens, referindo doméstica familiar. Conclusão: sobrecargas familiares, intensificadas pelo contexto pandêmico, associadas intensidade qual da psicológicas.

Introduction: The pandemic increased stress and underdiagnosed mental health issues in the workplace. Objective: To determine frequency of problems their associated factors among vaccinated workers at Dos de Mayo National Hospital (HNDM). Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted using secondary data from a survey carried out by HNDM Mental Health Service October 2021. Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ) administered to all who had received full vaccination scheme. Statistical analysis included chi-square tests logistic regression identify factors. Results: Of 2109 workers, 2.7% presented problems, with higher prevalence women (3.4%) compared men (1.5%), more frequent age groups 18-29 years (4.8%) 50-59 (4%). Divorced/separated individuals (7%) single (2.8%) or married (2%) individuals. Multivariate indicated positive association (ORa: 2.30; 95% CI: 1.22-4.84) divorced/separated 3.00; 1.12- 7.25) married/cohabiting There negative 30-39 0.43, 0.19-0.96) 40-49 0.30, 0.11-0.81) years.
