Pipelines are the main mode of transportation for resources such as oil and natural gas, which always facing many security challenges during process. Once failure occurs, it will cause huge economic losses casualties. Therefore, is necessary to carry out risk assessment maintenance work on pipelines. Aiming at lack crisp data uncertainty in assessment, this paper proposes a novel reliability evaluation method pipeline systems. The weakest t-norm algorithm (Tω), fuzzy fault tree analysis (FFTA), Bayesian networks (BN) used calculate gas proposed overcomes problems accumulation subjectivity traditional trees. In addition, considering differences effectiveness different methods actual process, research conducted optimizing strategies under hybrid maintenance. optimization model fully considers specific requirements areas uses genetic solve results. can provide corresponding optimal solutions areas, better meet needs engineering.
