Abstract Many research studies on photodegradation, energy storage applications, and biosensing have focused single mixed Cu Mn divanadates (MV 2 O 6 , M 2+ = and/or ). In this work, MV was synthesized, its electrical conductivity dielectric properties were studied. The investigated in a frequency range of 0.1-300 kHz temperature 298 K to 573 K. results indicate that the DC conductivity, AC constant, loss factor, tangent materials increase with temperature, which support contribution grains grain boundaries properties. exhibit non-Debye type relaxation, as indicated by progression relaxation frequency. As increases, activation conduction decreases, indicating hopping is dominant mechanism. all samples, higher than energy. circuit model used estimate times. revealed remarkable characteristics, notably values at frequencies below 1 kHz.
