Abstract Aiming at the uncertainties and randomness fuzziness of classification grade boundary in existing evaluation permafrost environmental sustainability, a comprehensive model based on game theory cloud matter-element extension (CMEEM) was proposed. Based theory, combination weights each indicator were obtained by integrating decision making trial laboratory (DEMATEL) method entropy weight method. Thus, subjective objective realized. Using advantages uncertainty inference qualitative quantitative analysis model, vector calculating membership degree between subject element hierarchical cloud. Then, determined according to principle maximum degree. Taking case area along Chaida’er-Muli Railway as an example, expected value Ex 3.811, is IV, indicating that level good, but phenomenon degradation has begun appear this region. The study showed results are accurate, consistent with actual situation other research. This can provide new for environment sustainability obtain more information.

The newly introduced n th power root fuzzy set is a useful tool for expressing ambiguity and vagueness. This allows broader representation information. also explores creation customized comparison techniques, accuracy functions, scoring functions two numbers. Furthermore, it investigates novel aggregation operators by providing in-depth descriptions their characteristics, such as weighted averaging (CnPR-FWA) well geometric (CnPR-FWG) based on CnPR-FSs.
