This study empirically examines the influence of tourism development, renewable energy and green finance (GF) on high-quality economic development. Using data from 33 years in China 1990 to 2022, this applies Gregory Hansen analysis investigate relationships between development (TD), (RE), finance, (HQED), accepts a Spatial auto regressive. demonstrates that plays crucial role promoting growth by positively impacting all three its components. China’s higher education system is one of the largest and most complex in world, with a vast number institutions scattered across different provinces. Evaluating efficiency, productivity change, technology gaps these significant for understanding their performance identifying areas improvement. In this context, study employs three approaches, DEA super-SBM, Malmquist Productivity Index, Meta-Frontier Analysis, to evaluate provincial systems. The results revealed that average efficiency China 1.0015 period 2010–2021. A rapid continuous increase was witnessed from 2014 2020. Meta-frontier Group-frontier, scores low-level literate provinces are greater than middle high-level However, TGR middle-level provinces, indicating superior technological level. MI score 1.0034, growth change. Efficiency change main determinant instead growth. Currently, numerous studies highlight the importance of technology as an effective resource for improving quality education. Like other countries in region, Mexico greatly emphasizes its education system comprehensively and competitively, has become a fundamental strategy to achieve this goal.
