Against the backdrop of dramatic changes in macroeconomic environment, green technology and collaborative innovation are seen as important strategic means to enhance corporate resilience. This article, based on microdata from Chinese listed companies 2010 2021, employs a fixed effects model empirically test relationship between innovation, social responsibility, The study finds: (1) Green has positive impact resilience, this conclusion remains valid after endogeneity robustness tests. The key purpose of the Study is to examine if institutional quality complements relationship between Ownership Structure and Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure performance in light legitimacy agency theory.
