Digital village construction is not only a vital component of the digital China strategy but also crucial measure by which to realize common prosperity. This study theoretically elaborates influence on urban–rural income gap (URIG) and its mechanism empirically tests it using panel fixed-effect model, mediating-effect moderating-effect model based provincial data major producing areas from 2011 2020. This article offers new insights into the effects of cooperation and digitalization strategies on farmers' financial market performance. The study reveals that, when considering only loan amounts, digitalization-only strategy is identified as optimal approach. However, decisions are influenced by not amounts but also other factors, such interest rates. When various aspects credit considered, both cooperation-only present distinct advantages disadvantages. results indicate at present, complement each other, alleviating constraints across levels stages.

Abstract The transformation of the agricultural sector amidst decline in farmer regeneration era Industrial Revolution 4.0 and threat climate change demands a new approach that combines digital technology with adaptability human resources to deal change. It is important understand how effectively individual farmers respond arising from uncertainty, complexity, rapid changes their work environments, which are often associated unclear challenges. Measuring level competence, online participation, millennial can form basis for formulating resource development strategies. aim this study analyze mechanism communication competence influencing small-scale facing technological disruptions. Data 345 were obtained survey conducted Bogor Regency, Indonesia. Partial least squares structural equation modeling method was applied test hypothetical model. findings showed motivation has positive significant relationship knowledge skills. There is a close symbiotic relationship among digital finance, rural and agriculture. The three promote influence each other to jointly drive revitalization agricultural modernization. Using panel data from 30 provinces in China spanning 2015 2021, this paper quantitatively analyzes the dynamic characteristics, spatial patterns, driving mechanisms of agriculture, their relationships through coupling coordination degree model (CCDM) geographically temporally weighted regression (GTWR). study shows that between finance dominated by coordinate quasi relationship. evolution indices diversified, with emergence variety patterns such as continuously declining, fluctuating upward, relatively stable, L-shaped, inverted U-shaped, W-shaped, V-shaped, tilted Z-shaped, M-shaped, its changes exhibit significant variability, agglomeration correlation. mechanism complicated, nature intensity factors are regional time-varying. Except for fiscal self-sufficiency rate, which plays long-term positive promotion role, most exert mixed effects (both promoting negative inhibitory). For reason, it recommended government should change trend management, balancing weak strong interventions. And also accelerate transformation development policies toward policies, scientifically delineate geographical zones, establish alliances, enable leading regions demonstrate exemplary value, while helping assisting those underdeveloped quickly achieve breakthrough areas distinctive advantages. Agricultural social services (ASS) are crucial in alleviating resource constraints and advancing agricultural modernization. Using the data derived from China Land Economic Survey (CLES2022), this study empirically investigates how digital literacy influences farmers’ adoption of ASS, employing both Probit Propensity score matching (PSM) models. Additionally, it explores mediating roles long-term production vision part-time employment degrees relationship. The findings are: (1) exhibited a statistically significant positive effect on ASS at 1% level. Moreover, impact varied among participants technology training, different education levels, varying levels risk preference; (2) act as mediators, enhancing ASS. Based these findings, recommendations have been developed to improve literacy, promote enhance well degree part-time.

The adoption of smart farming has altered food production by increasing efficiency, sustainability, and productivity. However, there is a digital divide, with affluent countries such as the United States benefiting from advanced agricultural technologies, nevertheless, many African face limited access to tools, inadequate infrastructure, financial restraints.
