The advent of new digital technologies has catalyzed a disruptive technological revolution, fostering significant industrial changes and advancing the green transformation economy society. This paper investigates influence digitization on agribusiness firms, focusing agriculture-related companies listed Shanghai Shenzhen A-share markets from 2013 to 2021. Employing fixed-effect mediated-effect models, study examines mechanisms through which impacts these enterprises. findings indicate that relationship between in is non-linear; certain threshold must be achieved before it positively affects transformation. effect varies according nature business ownership, company size, supply chain flexibility, regional environmental regulations. reveals influences several promote economies scale, innovation, structural adjustments. While scale derived do not directly support transformation, they facilitate innovation adjustments enhance initiatives agribusiness.

Digital Pathways to Sustainable Agriculture: Examining the Role of Agricultural Digitalization in Green Development in China

Amid the urgent need to align agricultural practices with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study examines role of digitalization in promoting sustainable and green development China. Specifically, it explores demand-side factors that drive improvements categorizes models into three types: market-oriented, policy-driven, innovation-driven. Utilizing provincial-level data from 2011 2021, employs semiparametric spatial Durbin empirically assess effects, underlying mechanisms, regional disparities advancing development. The main findings are as follows: (1) Overall, both level have gradually increased during period, significantly contributing (2) impact on shows an upward trend eastern, coastal, non-grain-producing regions, well southeastern areas “Hu Huanyong Line”. In contrast, inland regions northwestern Line” exhibit a U-shaped relationship, grain-producing experience clear inhibitory effect. Additionally, effect is more pronounced higher levels (3) Agricultural generates positive spillover benefiting not only local region but also surrounding areas, stronger radiative neighboring regions. (4) Mechanism analysis suggests under all models, can effectively enhance by improving alignment supply demand for products, accelerating establishment promotion brands, strengthening environmental regulation, fostering new business entities, mechanization, efficiency facility agriculture.

Safety climate and occupational hazard management: an analysis from the perspective of employees of the sugar-alcohol sector in the interior of São Paulo

The aim of this research was to identify employees' perceptions the safety climate and management occupational accident risk in sugar-alcohol sector. Thus, an online questionnaire survey with closed structured questions applied a sample 171 respondents, selected for convenience. In process analyzing data, Excel software used calculate percentage probability show variable highest or lowest occurrence. results that statements indicate companies have shown concern their well-being. 61% them, example, stated is priority they work for. However, despite these findings, need review bonus practices, as only 26.9% respondents said bonuses were distributed correctly. This study's contribution sector, object analysis, consists identifying risks accidents at feel organizations which belong. It also highlights importance topic managers, who are faced challenge looking after physical mental health employees sector which, due its specific characteristics, outlined by constant danger.
