The present study relies on the assumption that in today’s knowledge society and use of online knowledge, learning, communication mechanisms, pre-university university teachers, students all ages, those preparing for teaching careers or other careers, parents, managers, administrators have become increasingly interested acquiring proficiency, capitalization, stimulation digital creativity. In the era of digital economy, enhancing creativity remote workers is paramount for organizations. Our research, informed by insights from individual perceptions climate and social cognition, introduces examines a robust theoretical framework comprehending ways in which foster within virtual work environment.
